Check water heater for sediment removal (doesn’t include any repairs needed to perform flush) and visually inspect for signs of mechanical failure or leaks. Also check the anode rod install date and if needed offer replacement.

All kitchen and bathroom faucets including visible drain pipes.

Toilet components for proper function.

All angle stops throughout home for proper function, and age deterioration.
